Senior Leadership Role – Product, Go-To-Market & Strategy

We are building a modern wealth technology platform and are seeking a senior leader to help shape product direction, market strategy, and commercialization during an early and formative stage.

This role operates at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and strategic execution, working closely with the founder to translate vision into a market-ready offering. The scope is intentionally broad and will evolve as the company scales.

This is not a functional marketing role. It is a senior, cross-disciplinary leadership position designed for someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping foundational strategy.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Helping define product direction through a market and customer lens
  • Establishing early go-to-market strategy, positioning, and narrative
  • Translating complex product capabilities into clear value propositions
  • Supporting commercialization, pricing, and launch readiness
  • Partnering closely with product, engineering, and leadership on prioritization and sequencing
  • Contributing to investor, partner, and customer-facing strategy and materials

  • Clear articulation of product-market fit and target use cases
  • A coherent, credible go-to-market foundation
  • Strong alignment between product roadmap and commercial strategy
  • Market and investor readiness ahead of scale

Who We’re Looking For

This role is designed for someone who has operated at a senior executive level and understands how to build leverage early.

You may be a fit if you have:

  • 10+ years of experience across product, GTM, product marketing, growth, or commercial strategy
  • Experience operating at VP, SVP, GM, or equivalent leadership level
  • A track record of bringing complex products to market and scaling GTM motions
  • Experience working directly with founders, boards, or investors
  • Strong judgment around prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs in early-stage environments
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and building from zero
  • Experience in fintech, wealth management, financial infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS is strongly preferred
