Building the Intelligence Layer for Wealth Management

At Astraeus, Forward Deployed Delivery Managers own the successful deployment of our systems in real customer environments. You’ll work across customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure complex implementations move quickly from idea to production

Astraeus is building AI-native infrastructure for wealth and financial services. We are not adding a thin AI layer to legacy software. We are building systems where models, tools, data, and workflows come together to produce real analytical and operational leverage in production. Our focus is on agentic analytics, intelligent workflows, and execution systems that can operate inside complex, high-stakes environments with real constraints around security, compliance, auditability, and reliability. We are looking for an exceptional Applied AI Engineer to help build these systems from the ground up.

We are hiring a senior enterprise seller to help define the category and close the accounts that matter. You will own enterprise revenue across a defined segment of the wealth management market. You will run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, sell Astraeus as core platform infrastructure, and work directly with leadership on how the company is positioned in market.

At Astraeus, Customer Success owns what happens after the deal closes. You will own adoption, relationship quality, retention, and expansion for our earliest customers. This is the first dedicated customer success role at Astraeus. The job has two parts: own important customer accounts directly, and help define how customer success operates as the company scales.
